2 cups sugar
1 cup salad oil4 eggs
2 tsp soda
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
16 oz can or 2 cups mashed pumpkin
2 cups all purpose flour

Icing:
1/4 cup butter (soft)
8 oz cream cheese soft
1 box conf sugar
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, oil, eggs in bowl. Mix well & then combine dry ingredients, beating well. Stir in pumpkin.
Bake 350º for 35 min. cool completely then ice.

Icing:
Frost the cake & then chop(in blender) 1/2 cup pecans & sprinkle on top of icing.
