Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pkgs frozen Italian style meatballs
5 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed (I prefer yellow or red)
1 lb baby carrots
1 Tbsp minced onion
2 cans tomato sauce
2 1/2 cups beef broth
3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp garlic power (or to taste)
1/4 tsp pepper (or to taste)
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cold water
1-2 tsp Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Place meatballs, potatoes, carrots, and onion in slow cooker.
Combine the tomato sauce, broth, 3/4 cup water, garlic power, pepper and Italian seasoning in a large bowl and pour over top.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until vegetables are tender.
Combine flour and remaining water until smooth and gradually stir into stew. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes more or until sauce is thickened.
I also like to serve this with a good loaf of Italian or French bread. It's so delicious!
