1-2 lbs. ground beef/ground turkey
1 T. dried minced onion
1 Large jar Healthy Choice Pasta Sauce with mushrooms
2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
2 12 oz. packages shredded mozzarella cheese
1 12 oz. container lite ricotta cheese
1 16 oz. box lasagna noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook noodles in salted water until tender.

2. Brown meat & drain. Add minced onion, pasta sauce & tomato sauce. Simmer while noodles cook.

3. Drain noodles. In large lasagna pan layer noodles, ricotta cheese, noodles, meat mixture, noodles, mozzarella cheese, noodles, ricotta cheese, noodles, meat mixture and top with mozzarella cheese.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand before serving.

* Amounts of meat and cheese may be varied according to taste.
