Ham Stock
2 cans great white northern bean
½ can collard greens
½ can tomatoes (crushed)
½ cup onions
2 cloves chopped garlic

Directions:
Directions:
To make ham stock place 2 ham hocks in pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat allow to simmer. Cover pot so water will not cook away. Simmer until ham is tender and separates easily (about 11/2 hours) from bone. Cut meat in small pieces. Discard bone
Heat ham stock, water, onions, and garlic until onion is tender.
Reduce heat, add beans, collards and tomatoes and small pieces of meat from ham hocks..
Bake in oven 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serve with sprinkling of parmesan cheese to individual taste.
