2 pounds fresh turnip greens
4 cups water
1 cup peeled, diced turnips
1/4 pound chopped reduced fat lower salt cooked ham
1 teaspoon sugar
dash hot sauce and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove and discard stems from turnip greens. Wash turnip greens thououghly and pat day with paper towels. Tear turnip greens into bite size pieces.
Place turnip greens in a large Dutch oven; add water. Bring to a boil; cover and cook an additional 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in turnips and ham cover can cook an additional 30 minutes or until turnips are tender. Drain well. Add vinegar and remaining ingredients stir gently.
