½ cup (1 stick) real butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 box (2 layer package) butter recipe yellow cake mix (Duncan Heinz Golden butter yellow cake mix works well)
3/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
• Makes 4 dozen cookies
• In a medium mixing bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, egg and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add the box of cake mix. Mix together and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
• Drop dough by teaspoon into a bowl of powdered sugar and roll into balls.
• Arrange 2 inches apart on cookie sheets lightly coated with non-stick cooking spray or covered with baking parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
