1 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. molasses
1 c. sour milk
2 eggs
4 ¼ c. flour
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 T. lemon juice
2 tsp. baking soda dissolved in water
Directions:
Directions:
• Mix together
• Try one before putting in the last ¼ c. flour.
• Drop by teaspoon and sprinkle sugar on top
• Bake at 350⁰ for 10 minutes
