Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1/2 head lettuce, chopped
3/4 head small cabbage, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3 ribs celery, chopped
3 carrots, grated
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 cup cheese, grated (Betsy uses 1 1/2 cups)
Salt
Pepper
Put the above ingredients in your largest bowl and mix well.

In another bowl, mix:
1/2 cup diet mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1/2 bottle reduced calorie Catalina dressing
2 packages Equal
Pour over the salad and mix well. Cover and put in refrigerator.

Before serving, crumble cheese flavored nacho chips over salad and mix well.

Betsy says she puts chips on just what she is going to serve. It is pretty good without the chips. This will keep at least four or five days in refrigerator
