3 2/3 cups flour (whole wheat)
1 1/2 packages yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1 stick real butter
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1/8 cup water (medium heat). Scald milk with butter, sugar and salt. Cool this mixture. Add yeast and eggs. Beat well and add flour.
Let rise until doubled (may need a little more flour). Punch dough down and roll out half of the dough about 1/2 inch thick. Cut out rolls and let rise.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
