Ingredients:
1 package yeast
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 cup milk, scalded
1 cup mashed potatoes

2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, well beaten
7 cups flour

Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water; set aside. Combine milk and potatoes. Add oil, sugar and salt;
Mix thoroughly. When potato mixture is lukewarm add yeast and mix well. Stir in eggs.
Mix in flour.
Turn out on floured board and knead thoroughly (or use dough hook in mixer—this is what I did). Place in large greased bowl. Brush top with oil/Pam. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Roll dough and cut into desired shapes/size. Dip in butter. Fold over. Let rise until double in size (1-1/2 hours).
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes

Personal Notes:
These are the rolls I made so much that everyone loved. I had to quit making them because I (and several others) were getting too fat from eating them. Jay Hesdorffer really did enjoy them.
