5 cups plain sifted flour
2 cups sugar
5 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup All Bran cereal
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup oat bran
2 cups 40% bran flakes
2 cups raisins
2 cups chopped pecans
1 cup Puritan oil
4 eggs or 8 oz. carton Egg Beaters (1 cup)
1 cup water
1 cup applesauce
1 quart buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sift flour, sugar, soda, salt & cinnamon
2. Add cereals, raisins and nuts
3. Combine milk, eggs, oil, water and applesauce
4. Mix all the above together—stir until just moist
5. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full
6. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
