1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c hot water
Salmon (4 fillets)
1 T garlic paste
1/2 c sake
1 stick/butter (cut into 8 pcs)
Lime juice
3 T soy sauce
3 T miso
1 T butter
2 T ginger paste
1 T heavy cream
Snow peas (par boiled)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Whisk together brown sugar, hot water, & miso
2) Place salmon in baking dish - cover with miso mixture
3) Broil 10 min, basting fish 2 times
4) Melt 1 T butter in pan, add ginger & garlic (cook 2 min)
5) Add sake, bring to boil
6) Add cream - bring to boil
7) Reduce mixture by half
8) Whisk in butter pieces (one at a time) - combine all til sauce thickens
9) Remove from heat - add lime juice and salt to taste
10) Plate rice and top with sauce - pace salmon on top of rice & garnish with green onion slivers and snow peas
