Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 3-oz. packages cream cheese (or 1 8-oz. pkg)
1/8 pound Roquefort ($3-$4 worth—may use more than recipe calls for)
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion (Vicki uses 2 times as much onion) (3 tablespoons onion, 1 tablespoon celery)
Dash of cayenne pepper—she uses more
Hellman’s mayonnaise - approximately 2 tablespoons
I 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Place cream cheese and Roquefort cheese in Cuisinart and mix well. Add mayonnaise until smooth—not runny.
Place nuts on wax paper. Put cheese on top of nuts. Put more nuts on top of cheese. Mold into log. Usually makes 3 logs.
(I probably would form the logs and then roll them in the nuts)
