1 1/2 - 2 lbs flank steak
Salt & Pepper
3 T Worcestershire sauce
Steak seasoning
1 T EVOO

Filling:

1 each - carrot, zucchini, green pepper, julienne about 1-2" long
5-6 green onions, cut about 1-2" long
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Balsamic Glaze Sauce:

2 tsp butter
2 T chopped shallots
1/4 c balsamic vinegar
2 T brown sugar
1/4 c beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cut meat into strip & marinate the meat for 30 min to 1 hour
2) Make sauce in small pot - simmer & reduce
3) Cook lightly the veggies and set aside
4) Fill each meat strip with veggies and roll - secure with toothpick
5) Place on a grill and cook
6) Serve with favorite side - top meat with sauce
