Ingredients:  
3 lbs. red potatoes (Boil, peel and slice potatoes)
1 lg. onion
1 T. celery seed
6 celery stalks, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Sliced bacon (cut in small pieces)
½ c. white vinegar
¼ c. water
1 T. flour
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Brown bacon pieces until crisp, sprinkle flour over bacon in a skillet evenly and let flour absorb fat.
Turn heat to high, then add water and vinegar.
Bring to a boil.
Pour over potatoes and garnish with sliced egg
