Ingredients:  
1 head iceburg lettuce
1 cup diced celery
1 box frozen peas (uncooked)
4 hard boiled eggs
˝ cups diced green pepper
1 small sweet onion, diced
8 slices of bacon, fried and crumbled
2 cups mayonnaise, mixed with 2 Tbs. sugar until blended
4 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Tear lettuce in small pieces and layer on the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Layer the rest of the ingredients in the order given
Add the sugar to the mayonnaise and ‘frost’ the top of the salad, clear to the edges
Sprinkle on the cheese
Cover and refrigerate 8 – 12 hours
