4-5 bunches fresh kale greens
4-5 bunches collard greens
1 Vidalia onion, chopped
1/2 carton chicken stock
About 2 tbsp. bacon grease
About 4 tbsp. Heritage Fare Greens Seasoning
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and soak greens.
Pull greens off stems and break into smaller pieces.
In a large pot, add greens and all other ingredients. Add enough water to cover greens. Cook on high for about an hour.
Simmer on med-low heat for 2-3 more hours.
Greens are done when tender.
