2 Cups Flour
4 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Lard
1 Cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
1 - Preheat oven to 425ºF
2 - Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl
3 - Add lard and mix well
4 - Add milk slowly and mix well
5 - Divide mixture into lumps the size of your palm and place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper
6 - Bake for 15 mins
