⅓ cup Olive oil
2 pods Garlic, minced
⅓ can water
½ teaspoon Sugar
1 small onion, chopped
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and garlic in heated oil. When onions are transparent, add tomatoes and water. Reduce heat, add salt and sugar. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes or until desired thickness. Makes 4 cups.
