Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1-1/2 tbsp Oil
3/4 tbsp Salt
1-1/4 tsp Sugar
1 cup Milk
4 cups Flour
Sesame Seed for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375 º.

Begin by combining all ingredients, except the flour and sesame seeds in a mixing bowl. When blended slowly add flour and work it into a firm dough. Cover the bowl and let it rest in a draft free area for half an hour. Take a small, fist sized ball of dough and roll it out thin on a floured surface. Sprinkle sesame seed over top of rolled out dough. Place on an un-greased cookie sheet. Continue the above process until all dough has been used.

Bake for 12 -15 minutes.

The dough freezes well, so you can also make the dough in advance and bake in small batches if you prefer.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My grandchildren and I have a lot of fun making Lavosh. It is yummy fresh out of the oven with butter melted on it. Lavosh has been enjoyed for centuries! It is said, that Noah and his family may have eaten Lavosh on the ark!
