4 large potatoes
1 jar Ragu cheddar cheese sauce
1 can green chilies
16oz smoked skinless sausage
4 slices bacon cooked and chopped
Pepper to taste
2tsp chili powder
1 Green onion chopped
Half cup sour cream
1.5 cups cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Peel dice and boil potatoes and drain. Mix on low add sour cream and cheese sauce mix till well blended add 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, green chilies, sausage and seasonings mixed till all blended. Put in a baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 20minutes topped with rest of cheese, green onion and bacon bake for 10 more minutes.
Add bread crumbs last ten minutes if you want a crunchier top.
