3 eggs*
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 tbsp flour
1 cup sour cream
2 cups rhubarb
1 unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar, flour and sour cream. Add rhubarb. Pour into crust. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350º. Add meringue if desired. * if making meringue, use 3 eggs yolks in pie and save 3 egg whites for meringue. Note: For best crusts, coat with 1 egg white, pour off excess. Put in freezer till use.
