1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
2 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup toasted coconut
2 tbsp grated orange rind
Glaze:
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp orange juice
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in 1/4 cup sugar, salt, eggs, sour cream and 6 tbsp butter. Add flour and beat well. Cover and let rise until double in size. Combine 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup coconut and orange rind. Roll out half of dough to a 12" circle. Brush with 1 tbsp butter. Sprinkle with half of the coconut mixture. Cut circle of dough into 12 wedges with a scissor. Roll up each piece, starting with wide wedge. Repeat with remaining half of dough. Place each roll, point side down in three rows in well greased 9x13 pan. Cover; let rise in warm place about 1 hour. Bake. Leave in pan. Top with following glaze and sprinkle with 1/4 cup coconut. Glaze: In saucepan, boil all ingredients until thickens, stirring constantly.
