2 pkgs. thighs or breasts
1 16 oz. carton of sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken OR cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste

1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 stick melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and shred the chicken. Mix chicken, soup, sour cream and salt and pepper ingredients. Place in baking dish after spraying with Pam. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.

Crush Ritz crackers and sprinkle over. Pour melted butter or margarine over that.

Put in 350º oven and bake until it's bubbly hot.
