5 boiled or grilled corn on the cob
2 cans black beans
1 can cannellini beans
1 can black eyed peas
2 jalapeno
1/4 red onion
3 bell peppers (red & orange)
DRESSING
1 tsp cumin 1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp black pepper 4 tsp sea salt
4 tbsp sugar 10 tbsp olive oil
5 tbsp white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Remove corn from the cob. Place corn and all beans in large bowl and mix.
Dice jalapenos, onion and peppers. Add to mixture.
In a separate bowl, add all dressing ingredients and stir.
Add to vegetables and mix well.
Serve with tortilla chips
