Directions:
Prepare all vegetables: Pare broccoli stems as needed and break broccoli into chunks. Separate cauliflower into florets, or slice if preferred. Pare and slice carrots. Core and seed green pepper and cut into strips. Slice zucchini and/or cucumber; drain olives, and cut mushrooms into bite-size pieces. Mix all marinade ingredients and pour over the vegetables. Marinate for at least an hour; 24 hrs is better. Drain and use as finger food for picnics or parties or as a supper salad.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
(I just used broccoli florets, not the stems, and I added a red bell pepper to the above. I used fresh mushrooms. I used one zucchini and one cucumber. I couldn’t find 8-oz can of black olives so I used two 6-oz. ones.)
