Ingredients:	Ingredients: Cake: 1 16.5-oz. butter recipe cake mix ¼ cup orange juice 1 cup grated fresh apple 1 cup grated coconut 1 cup chopped toasted pecans Buttermilk Glaze: 1 stick unsalted butter 1 cup sugar ½ cup buttermilk ½ cup confectioners’ sugar, sifted

Directions:	Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Prepare cake mix using ingredients on package, according to package instructions. Stir in orange juice, apple, coconut and pecans. Bake in greased and floured tube or Bundt pan for 1 hr. and 15 min. Remove from oven to wire rack. Leave in pan. Punch holes in cake with skewer. Pour warm Buttermilk Glaze over cake in the pan while still hot. Let cake cool before removing from pan. Glaze: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 stick butter; stir in sugar and buttermilk. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat, and stir in sifted confectioners sugar. Blend well.
