2 Tbsp. Butter
3 Sweet Onions sliced 1/4 in thick
1 tsp, Balsamic vinegar

Directions:
In a large skillet melt butter over med. heat. Add onions and cover and cook stirring occasionally for 15 min or until onions are tender. Uncover and increase heat to med. high and cook stirring frequently for 15 to 20 min or until onions are carmel color. Stir in vinegar. Cover & refrigerate up to 3 days.
