1 chicken
2 T. cooking oil
1 chopped onion
1 can green chilies
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can evaporated milk
3/4 to 1 can chicken broth
corn tortillas
grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and debone one chicken. In 2 T. cooking oil saute onion and green chilies for 10 minutes.
To this add: mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk and chicken broth. Let simmer for a few minutes. In casserole, tear up corn tortillas to make one layer. Then layer of chicken, then a layer of the above liquid, and topped with grated cheese. Continue to layer until ingredients are used with liquid layer and cheese on top. Cook 350 degrees until bubbly.
