2 tablespoons Tender quick
1 cup Water
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
2 pounds Good ground beef
¼ teaspoon Onion salt
1½ teaspoons Liquid smoke
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together with your hands. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to bake, you can place this mixture in a can you have saved from peas, beans etc. Makes approximately 3 cans. Bake uncovered for one hour at 300 degrees. You may want to place a cookie sheet under the cans for baking, in case it drips.
