Cook oatmeal. Top with a scoop of cinnamon ice cream and sliced strawberries.

When the kids had sleepovers, they always wanted this oatmeal for breakfast. We told them, jokingly,not to mention to their parents that they had ice cream for breakfast at our house. The kids first had this oatmeal at The Range in Bernalillo, New Mexico during Fiesta.
