2 eggs
diced green bell pepper
diced onion
diced ham
shredded cheddar cheese
Can put anything you like in a omelet in this

Directions:

Break 2 eggs into a zip-lok bag. Add green pepper, onion, ham and cheese. Mix all ingredients well, seal bag, forcing air out. Place bag into a pan of boiling water for 13 minutes. Cut top off bag and turn our onto plates.
Viola, the perfect omelet!! You can mix these and store in the refrigerator overnight. You can make up to 8 omelets depending on the size of the pan you are boiling the water in.
