1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream,softly whipped
2 large ripe pears,halved and cored
or 1 can(16 oz.)well drained pear halves
8 pecan or walnut halves

Directions:
Directions:
Fold allbut 2 Tbls. blue cheese into cream. Place pears on individual dessert plates;top with spoonful of cream and cheese filling. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Garnish with nuts.
