Ingredients:  
1 pound ground beef
1 can (3 ounce) chopped olives
6 hard cooked eggs, grated
1 can tomato sauce (8 ounce)
1½ pounds grated cheese (Mom used Tillamook)
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1 can chopped chilies (3 ounce)
salt and pepper to taste
12 individual French rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain. Combine all ingredients. Hollow out center of French rolls. Stuff mixture into rolls and wrap each in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
These may be frozen but take longer to heat and heat should be lowered as rolls will brown too quickly.
