Pork or beef (both work very well)
2 cans mushroom soup
thin sliced onions
sliced mushrooms
cup of milk

hot cooked rice, mashed potatoes or even over noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Fry meat ahead and set aside
In same pan with grease, add the mushrooms and onions and cook until browned. Add mushroom soup and mile and stir until blended and bubbling. Return meat to pan and simmer on low until your side dishes are ready. Keep turning every now and then until tender and add more milk or water if sauce is getting too thick or dry.

Serve hot over your chosen starch.
