2 tsp. white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. onion juice
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 hard cooked egg diced
salt and pepper

1# ham julienned
1# turkey breast julienned
1# Swiss cheese julienned
1/2 cup slivered sweet gherkin pickles
1 head iceberg lettuce shredded
8-12 pimiento stuffed green olives garnish

Prepare dressing I use a food processor but you can prepare by hand if you want texture to dressing.

combine all ingredients and pulse till smooth

Prepare salad in platter. toss dressing with lettuce add meats, cheese and pickles toss lightly and garnish with olives
