1/2 c. butter, softened
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. canola oil
2 c. shredded zucchini
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. 2% milk
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. baking cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips

Frosting:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Beat butter and sugar until smooth. Put oil and enough zucchini in blender to create 2 1/2 cups of mixture. Add mixture into bowl, blend. Add eggs, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine milk and buttermilk. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add to batter alternately with milk mixture, beating well after each addition. Pour into greased 13x9 pan.

Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake 45-50 minutes. Cool. Frost with Fudge Frosting.

For frosting:
In heavy saucepan, combine ingredients. Heat slowly, stirring until set.
