3-4 chicken breasts (may also use pheasant or tenderized steak)
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. water
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 large portabella mushroom
Olive oil
Flour
Salt and pepper
1 tsp. tarragon
1/4 c. onion

Directions:
Directions:
Flour chicken breasts. Brown in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Slice mushroom and brown in olive oil. Mix onion soup mix with water. Pour 1/2 in bottom of Crock-Pot. Lay browned meat and mushrooms in Crock-Pot. Lay in onions. Sprinkle tarragon over top. Mix golden mushroom soup in with other 1/2 of onion soup and water. Pour over top. Add salt and pepper. Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 3 hours.
