4 cups flour 1 cup coconut
1/2 tsp salt 1 cup butter
2 tbsp. baking powder 2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Blend or sift together the dry ingredients, stir in coconut. Blend in butter, eggs & milk. Stir with a fork to make a soft dough. Turn dough onto a floured board & knead gently 8-10 times. roll or pat 1/2 inch thick. Bake for 12- 15 minutes.
