1.5 lbs cubed round steak, cut in thin strips
House seasoning
All purpose flour
2 TBS olive oil
2 TBS butter
1 medium onion sliced
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup of better than bouillon beef stock
Salt and pepper
1 cup of sour cream
Cooked egg noodles Mueller's wide
Garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle the steak strips with salt pepper and garlic powder to lightly cover them, and then dustvwith flour. In a large skillet quickly brown them on both sides with olive ooil & butter. Remove the steaks from the pan. Add the onion & mushroom slices to pan drippings. Saute for a few mins until onion is tender. Sprinkle with 1 tsp flour. Put the steak back into the pan with onions & mushrooms.aadd beef broth cook over low heat 30 mins covered stir in sour cream last few mins
