6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or 3 large breasts split in half)
6 slices swiss cheese
1 lb fresh mushrooms
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 cups herb bread stuffing
8 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in 9 x 13 greased pan. Top with cheese. Arrange mushrooms over top. Mix soup and wine and pour over chicken. Sprinkle stuffing on top. (May refrigerate at this point) Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

If you use bone in chicken breasts, cook 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
