3 lbs. Chili meat
1/4 C Olive oil
1 QT Water
3-4 T Chili powder
3 t Salt
1 t Ground Cumin
1 t Ground Oregano
1 t Red Pepper
1 T Sugar
3 T Paprika
3 T Flour
3 T Corn Meal

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in olive oil. Add water slowly and cook for 1-1/2 hours. Add other ingredients except for flour and meal and cook for 30 more minutes. Add flour and meal in the last 5 minutes of cooking. NOTE: Her recipe doesn't indicate, but I would mix my flour and meal in a little water until well blended before adding to chili. OR...just use masa harina in about a 1/41 cup of water. This is just to thicken it.
