2 C Cooked chicken cut into bite sized pieces
3 C Dry spaghetti, broken into 2" pieces
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted.
2 C Grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 C Finely diced green pepper
1/4 C Finely diced onion
1 jar Diced pimento, drained
1 Small can sliced ripe olives
1 Small can sliced mushrooms
2 C Reserved chicken broth from pot
1 t Seasoned salt
1/8 t Cayenne pepper
1 C Additional grated sharp cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook one cut up fryer and pick out the meat to make two cups. Put two cups of broth aside. Cook spaghetti in left over broth until al dente. Do not overcook. When spaghetti is done, combine with remaining ingredients, except for additional one cup of cheese. Place mixture in greased casserole dish and cover with additional cheese. Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes until bubbly. Casserole may be covered and frozen for up to six months.
