Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Rouladen
Spices ( I use seasoning salt and pepper )
Sliced onions
Bacon - cut in 1/4 inch pieces
3/4 cup Flour ( or more if needed)
oil ( as much as you need to fry )

Directions:
Directions:
Spice the rouladen. Fill with bacon and onions. Roll up the rouladen tightly and secure with unflavored plain toothpicks. Roll in flour. Fry in oil until brown on all sides.

Put rouladen in a large pot. Make a gravy in the frying pan using any leftover onions and bacon. Add water and beef bouillon cubes or something similar ( you can use the gravy packages). Pour over the rouladen. Make enough gravy to completely cover them. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours on low. Stir every so often as it does tend to stick.

If desired thicken gravy before serving with cornstarch ( mixed with a small amount of water)
