3/4 cup sun dried tomatoes in olive oil (drained)
2 cups tomato juice
2. Cups whipping cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sun dried tomatoes and 1 cup tomato juice, put in blender and purée to a smooth consistency. Then add remaining cup of tomato juice in blender. Blend all together. Add tthis to a large sauce pan and bring to a boil on stove. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. DO NOT LET it BOIL.
