6 hard boiled eggs, cooled and peeled
1lb breakfast sausage
1 tsp Worshteshire sauce
Egg, beaten
Panko bread crumbs
Oil, for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground sausage and worshteshire sauce, then form into patties and wrap around each hard boiled egg and shape into ball. Dip each sausage/egg ball and dip into a beaten egg, then into Panko bread crumbs to coat. Heat oil in deep fryer or pot to 350ºF. Fry eggs until golden brown. Set on a baking rack to drain excess oil. Then place on baking sheet and bake in oven at 350ºF for 10-15 minutes to ensure sausage is fully cooked. Serve with mustard or dip of your choice.
