3 ea. Large yellow squash, cooked until tender.
1 Stick Butter
1 ea. Medium Onion, chopped
3 ribs Celery, Shopped
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (undiluted)
2 ea. Eggs, beaten
1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix, baked per package instructions.

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to temperature indicated on cornbread package and bake cornbread according to instructions on package. Remove cornbread when done and allow to cool.

Set oven to 350º.

Saute onion and celery in one stick of butter until tender. Mix all ingredients together and bake for approximately 25 minutes in a greased casserole dish.
