Loaf of Italian Sliced Bread
1/4 c. Olive Oil
6 Cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 can Diced Italian Tomatoes with Basil
1 c. shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven to broil.

Mix olive oil and garlic together let stand for about 30 minutes to absorb the flavor of the garlic.

Brush garlic oil on bread and put on cookie sheet, place in broil to lightly brown

Take out of oven and put some of the diced tomatoes and shredded cheese on top, put back in broil and continue to cook until cheese is bubbly and melted.
