50 ea. Oysters
1/4 lb. Butter
1 C Chopped onion
2 Eggs, beaten
Juice from 1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in melted butter. Cut oysters into bite sized pieces, wash and drain. Add to onions and cook until oysters curl. Add beaten eggs and cracker crumbs (doesn't say how much crackers) to absorb juices. Add lemon juice and season to taste. Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs and butter. Bake until heated (doesn't say what oven temp should be so I'm just guessing) in a 350º oven.
