Ingredients:
Ingredients:
beef brisket
rub
liquid smoke
1 bottle favorite BBQ sauce (I like the spicy one)

Directions:
Directions:
Rub brisket with your favorite dry rub. Cut into necessary pieces to fit the crock pot. Pour ½ bottle of liquid smoke over the top. Place lid on crock pot, turn to low and let it cook, usually about 12 hours. When meat is tender enough that it is falling apart, take from crock pot and shred it. Return to crock pot and juices and add the bottle of barbecue sauce. Stir well. Replace lid and continue to cook for several hours more.
Serve with rolls as a sandwich or just plain great barbeque beef.
Serve with cole slaw and usual fixings.
